Renowned playwright Uncle Ebo Whyte has eulogized highlife musician Kuami Eugene for contributing immensely to the Ghanaian music industry.
The CEO of Roverman Productions during his one-man show on Saturday evening, at which Kuami Eugene was present, described the young talent as worthy of praise and respect.
He then introduced on stage three singers who did a beautiful rendition of the singer’s hit song ‘Confusion’.
The award-winning act was visibly humbled and impressed hearing his own work being performed for him as an act of honour.
In a similar fashion on Sunday night, King Promise was invited on stage by the showman to perform his song with him.
His banger ‘CCTV’, which was already a part of Ebo Whyte’s act, was performed by the two, as they did some dances together as well.
Uncle Ebo Whyte then blessed the musician, praying for ‘long life’ for him so he can keep making waves in the industry.
During the performance, he also acknowledged the presence of the veteran musician Bessa Simons as well as Joy FM’s DJ Black; whom he called from the back of the auditorium to come and take the front seats.
He described the DJ as ‘one of the most consistent’ players in the industry.
