The Managing Director of Orient Property Consulting, Isaac Dwimoh-Opoku, is urging graduate professionals entering into the built environment to be equipped with the necessary tools to excel in their roles, both in corporate institutions and in service to their countries.
This he believes is necessary to transform the built environment and consistently grow the real estate economy.
Speaking at the Real Estate Career Launch Pad 2024 by his outfit, he said the strategic collaboration between Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Orient Property Consulting to organise the Career Launch Pad is, first and foremost, to introduce new graduates and young professionals to the industry's best practices.
Additionally, he pointed out that the event seeks to provide insights into the diverse career opportunities available in real estate. Most importantly, it aims to equip young professionals with the problem-solving skills needed to drive the progress of their organizations and countries.

For over 150 years, RICS has promoted these same values, shaping the practices of built environment professionals worldwide”, he stressed.
This year marked the beginning of an annual event of the Orient Property Consulting Real Estate Career Launch Pad designed to prepare young professionals in Africa for fulfilling careers in the built environment sector.

organised the virtual event tailored for young graduates seeking to explore career opportunities in the real estate sector.
The event provided invaluable insights for participants comprising of graduates from about 17 Universities and Technical Universities across Ghana who pursued Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, Real Estate, Land Management, Land Economy Facility Management among others.
