Michael Essien and Sulley Muntari joined the Black Stars camp on Tuesday night ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Benin.The arrival of the two key players completed the squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Squirrels for the Group D game.Also joining the squad on Tuesday night is Norway-based Anthony Annan as the Ghana national team look forward to successful start of their campaign.The three players were cheered by fans at the airport which seems to have caught Inter Milan player Muntari by surprise.Muntari told Ghanasoccernet: "The three of us were positively surprised when the fans came out in their numbers to cheer us."We are all determined to make our country proud with the sole aim of qualifying for the World Cup for the second successive time."We are keen, the people of Ghana are keen and we will deliver."The team will do a light work out session on Wednesday morning before playing a friendly later in the evening.Source: Ghanasoccernet
