After suffering a 2-0 defeat at the hands of the Netherlands, Austria go into the final set of group games with the aim of booking a place in the knockout stages on Monday.
Memphis Depay and Denzel Dumfries scored one each for the Dutch side as they booked an early place in the knockout stages for the first time since 2008.
Ukraine, in comparison, game themselves a chance to make it to the next stage after beating North Macedonia 2-1. Andriy Yarmolenko and Yaremchuk got the goals for Andriy Shevchenko. They now must get a result to stand a chance of making it to the next round.
A scoring draw expected
The two teams have enough quality on the pitch to cancel each other out as they head into crunch time. It is no surprise that both teams managed to find a way past North Macedonia but suffered defeat against Holland.
David Alaba will be key to Austria’s hopes in this match whilst Ukraine will rely on the quality of Andriy Yarmolenko.
The two teams will likely share the spoils and seal places in the round of 16.
The odds
Ukraine are slight favorites for this one, with their odds priced at 3.57 whilst Austria have their odds pinned at 3.75. A draw has been priced at 1.95.
