After sealing a place in the knockout round with a 4-1 win over Wales, Denmark aim to seal a place in the quarterfinals for the first time since 2004.
Wales also come into this tie hoping to repeat their fairytale run in the previous edition after entering this stage as the second-best team from Group A.
On Saturday, the two teams will have all to play for at the Amsterdam Arena.
