Tema Youth fan, Alexander Frimpong has rescinded the restraining orders he sought in an injunction application against the Ghana Football Association.
Frimpong no longer wants to pursue his desire for the court to restrain the FA from organizing the outstanding league match between Hearts of Oak and Tema Youth and the court slapped him with a cost of 2 million cedis.
The Football Association had sought 20 million cedis.
But Frimpong is determined to prosecute his outstanding reliefs, including a plea for the court to cite Hearts Board Secretary Ernest Thompson for conflict of interest.
He is also demanding that Tema Youth be declared winners of the October 21st match which Hearts failed to turn up for.
The case is due back in court on December 22.
