Console Entertainment is to organize a show dubbed the Ghana music and food festival in October at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
The CEO of Console Entertainment A Plus told Hitz FM that the aim of the event is to project Ghanaian Culture through food, music and dance in a different way and to also bring everybody in Ghana who falls in the category of food and music to one venue.
A-Plus added that the ground breaking event is similar to most festivals celebrated in Ghana but the food and music festival has a new dimension to it and it will be for a whole day.
The Food and Music Festival will have three different stages for different genres.
The first stage will be the Hip Hop, Hiplife and and Reggae stage called the Neighbourhood and this is to bring lovers of that particular kind of music to together and have fun through music and food.
The second stage will be the Hi-life one dubbed Ofie and it is to celebrate 30 years of Hi-life music in Ghana and also to bring together hilife lovers to have fun.
The final stage will be for Gospel music called Jerusalem. This stage will be for people interested in Gospel music and will also be an alcohol free zone with the sale of inspirational books and a place for counseling sessions among other activities.
There will also be a play ground for kids where bouncy castles and other entertainments for the children to also enjoy the fun will be provided so parents can leave them there and also take part in other activities.
In the Evening A-Plus indicated that the Aphrodisiac night club will be moved to the Trade Fair Centre and it will be powered by your Number 1 entertainment station, Hitz 103.7 and Hitz TV.
For the safety of patrons, there will be health facilities and provision for riot control among others.
The event is intended to be a family affair.
