Frances Awurabena Asiam of the New Patriotic Party has been defeated in the Adentan Constituency parliamentary election.The parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore was declared winner of the constituency by the returning officer.Nii Ashie Moore polled 35,139 votes to beat Frances Awurabena Asiam who managed 30,526 votes.
