He was 76.
Funeral Arrangements are as follow:
Funeral Service: Christ the King Parish, Accra on Friday 12th May, from 7am to 11am followed by Interment in Sagnerigu, Tamale the same day.
Thanksgiving Service: Friday 26th May, 2017 at Christ the King Parish, Accra from 12noon.
Widow: Mrs Dorothy Sibiri Andan
Children: Dr Gordon Ziblim Andan (USA); Dominic Abdulai Andan (UK); Jemima Rukayatu Andan (USA); Sheila Yipagaa Achuliwor; Anthony Ziblim Andan; Gifty Kumbata Andan
