Madam Osei-Opare was born on June 5, 1948 and is an astute development practitioner, an academic, and a Ghanaian politician.
She represented Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency in the Fourth Parliament of Ghana.
She is the first female Chief of Staff of Ghana.
