A Kumasi High Court on November 28, 2025 ruled that both Akosua Serwaa Fosuh and Priscilla Ofori, popularly known as Odo Broni, were legally married to the late highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, widely known as Daddy Lumba.
Justice Dorinda Smith Arthur, denied Akosua Serwaa’s plea that she was the sole lawful wife of the musician and therefore solely entitled to perform his widowhood rites.
It also denied her pleadings to restrain Priscilla Ofori, also known as Odo Broni from calling herself as widow of the late highlife legend, Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, known in showbiz as Daddy Lumba.
