Ultimate Fashions, official merchandise suppliers for the 26th MTN Africa Cup of Nations, Ghana 2008 will launch the Official wear for the tournament at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi on Friday, December 7.The Kumasi-based garments departmental store, which has subsidiaries in Accra, Takoradi and Tamale is expected to put on display, forty different styles and colour combination of fashionable sporting wear.A release signed by Magnus Rex Danquah, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LOC said the event under the auspices of the Kumasi Venue Organising Committee (KVOC) will involve a large range of polo shirts, T-shirts and baseball caps among others to be introduced to both Ghanaian and international markets as official garments for next year’s event.Mr Danquah said that the launch of the official wear will give interested distributors the opportunity to position themselves to adequately promote the Ghana 2008 tournament.He said that a similar ceremony will be held at Sekondi next Friday, December 14 with that of Tamale coming a fortnight later.The official launch of the 26th MTN Africa cup of Nations, Ghana 2008 came off at the LOC Secretariat in Accra seven days ago.Source: GNA
