Cameroon defeated rivals Nigeria 2:0 in the second semi final game of the African Youth Championships in Rwanda to qualify for the final to meet Ghana.
The Black Satellites of Ghana had earlier in the day beaten South Africa 4:3 through goals from Dominic Adiyiah, Ransford Osei(2) and skipper Andre Dede Ayew.
Ghana and Cameroon, from Group A, earlier played a pulsating one-all game during the group stages and look set for another uncompromising game on Sunday.
Nigeria and South Africa will slug it out for the bronze medal on Saturday.
