Police Ladies head coach Abu Kassim is the frontrunner for the Women's Coach of the Year award at the 2025 Ghana Football Awards.
Kassim led Police Ladies to their first league title in their history after beating Ampem Darkoa Ladies in the final of the 2024/25 Malta Guinness Women's Premier League season.
The win followed their success of finishing top in the Southern Zone.
Joyce Boatey-Agyei championed Ghana's U-15 girls' quest for a host and win at the 2025 African Schools Football Championship as they defeated Uganda to win their first-ever gold medal at the first time of asking.
Boatey-Agyei's side were unbeaten throughout the tournament and deated defending champions Sputh Africa on their way to making history.
Having led Oaks Footall Ladies to win the maiden edition of the Zonal FA Cup title, Mercy Tagoe also coached her side to seal a spot in the Regional Championship, where they finished second to book their place in the top flight for next season.
She did all of that in her second season as the head coach of the club.
The 2025 Ghana Football Awards is scheduled for June 14, with the event expected to be live on Joy Prime TV.
