Ghana loses at Amputee Championship

Ghana lost 3-0 to host nation Sierra Leone on Saturday in the opening game of the first ever Amputee football tournament.Some 10,000 spectators watched the Ghana'-Sierra Leone game. Nigeria, Angola and Liberia are the other teams taking part in the All-African Amputee Football Championship.The winner of the soccer competition will qualify for the Amputee World Football Championship in Turkey later this year.Each of the teams has six outfield players missing a leg with a one-armed goalkeeper in the tournament.
