The national netball team is planning to use this year’s African Netball Championship to fine tune preparations for the All African Games in September.
The team begins camping next month for the continental competition which comes off between May 13 and 21 here in Ghana.
National netball teams from Malawi, South Africa and reigning champions Namibia will compete alongside Ghana for honours.
Tema Ghana has been tasked to host and win the tournament.
The President of Ghana Netball, Rev. Emmanuel Nikoi told Joy Sports on a talent hunt in Northern Ghana to improve the team.
He said talented players with the requisite height and physique were being sought to beef up the side.
