The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, Samuel Nartey George, has announced that Ghana has been selected to host the prestigious 2025 Global Entrepreneurship Festival.
Speaking at a press briefing in Accra on Thursday, July 3, the Minister expressed the government's pride in securing the hosting rights for the event, which will be held over a three-day period in November 2025.
“The Ministry is proud to announce that Ghana has been chosen to host the 2025 Global Entrepreneurship Festival,” Mr George said.
He described the occasion as a pivotal opportunity to spotlight the country's vibrant startup ecosystem.
“This event, which attracts over 10,000 in-person attendees from more than 70 countries and features over 100 exhibitors, will serve as a unique platform for showcasing the ingenuity and potential of Ghanaian startups and innovators,” he noted.
The festival is expected to draw high-profile venture capitalists, angel investors, and industry leaders to engage with local entrepreneurs, offering invaluable opportunities for investment, mentorship, and collaboration.
