The Chief Executive of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) has disclosed that the ailing textile industry is likely to be revamped soon.
Yofi Grant disclosed that more than five of the owners of the world’s largest textile manufacturing and chain of stores within the textile industry including H&M are coming to Ghana for a two-day visit.
The team will be exploring opportunities for partnerships to set-up their manufacturing firms in the country.
Yofi Grant told Joy Business’ Norvan Acquah-Hayford in Dubai that the country is well positioned for business.
The GBF Africa 2019 is organised by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Dubai Chamber) under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
