Ghana’s opponents at this year’s African Youth Championship Cameroon will face Bulgaria in a test match next month.
The Lionceaux want to prepare adequately for their arduous task of playing the Black Satellites, Nigeria and Gambia in Group of the tournament in Libya.
Eighteen players will be making the trip to Eastern Europe for the international friendly, according to the Lionceaux tactician.
Amongst the Bulgaria-bound players is 19-year-old promising defender Yann Songo’o- son of Cameroon legend goalkeeper Jacques Celestin Songo’o.
Head coach Martin Félix Ndtoungou Mpilé has been working with 26 players.
Ghana lost 2-1 to Bulgaria in a similar assignment last year in Sofia.
