The Global Information Technology Solutions (GITS) in collaboration with Cisco Systems have devised new and improved ways of providing quality IT services that will directly benefit customers.
There is nothing more disconcerting than having a teller tell you their systems are down and that you cannot withdraw money.
GITS and Cisco Systems say they have products and solutions that help businesses “integrate their delivery channels, streamline operations and accelerate product and service delivery and match experts with consumers needs in real time.”
At a day’s workshop organized in Accra under the theme “Improving customer experience through collaboration and automated data centre solutions from CISCO systems,” the CEO of GITS, Abdul-Bassit Munagah, took stakeholders in the IT industry through borderless networks and data center solutions that will “enable organizations to provide consistent and superior service by improving responsiveness to customer orders, issues, and requests and provide an integrated platform that financial institutions can employ to transform their payment environment.”
The workshop also provided the opportunity for GITS and Cisco to illustrate how they can deploy Cisco solutions to help firms connect with their customers, agents and partners by optimizing business process, improving collaboration and enabling any device access for policy sales, renewals, claims and services.
