Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has shared a video of the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on a campaign trail in the Bono Region.

In the footage, John Mahama was seen addressing a large crowd of sympathisers and enthusiasts, convincing them to vote for his party in the upcoming polls.

The former President during the event said, "God is not wicked to give us another four years of Nana Akufo-Addo."

He also looked to the heavens and added, "God, don't give us another four years of Nana Akufo-Addo."

But Dr Mahamudu Bawumia on Friday shared the said video on his Facebook wall with a caption, "God has already saved us from you."

The former President is currently in the Bono regions with the party's campaign manager and other party executives on their 'rescue mission.'

Many social media users have run with the development and are already sharing their thoughts on the seeming war of words between the two personalities.
