The Minister of Works and Housing, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, has reiterated the government’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for housing investments to thrive through policy reforms, infrastructure support, and strategic partnerships that will unlock growth in the real estate sector.
Speaking at the launch of Prime Accra, a high-rise luxury residential development, Mr. Adjei said the government is encouraged by projects like this that align with its broader vision of improving infrastructure, expanding access to quality housing, and promoting sustainable urban development. “A development by Kasa Properties is a project that speaks directly to the future of housing and urban transformation in our country”.
He alluded that Ghana is confronted with a growing demand for modern, well-planned spaces — not just for living, but for working, investing, and building communities.
He therefore expressed confidence that developments such as Prime Accra by Kasa Properties are a clear indication that the private sector is stepping forward to partner in addressing this need. “This is the kind of collaboration we must continue to encourage”.
“Prime Accra by Kasa Properties represents more than real estate. It reflects confidence in Ghana’s economy, belief in our urban future, and a commitment to raising the standard of development within our cities. It is also a reminder that the transformation of our urban centres must be deliberate, inclusive, and forward-looking.
The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Linda Ocloo, for her part, said development such as Prime Accra will help address housing challenges in the country, while contributing to economic activity.
Promotion of Responsible Development
She indicated that the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council will continue to support initiatives that promote responsible development, while ensuring that standards, regulations and planning guidelines are upheld for the benefit of all residents.
She congratulated Kasa Properties and all stakeholders on the achievement, saying, she looks forward to seeing the impact of the development.

Prime Accra represents Modern Living
The Finance Director at Kasa Properties, Judith Abena Karikari, said Prime Accra represents more than just a development, but a symbol of privacy, exclusivity, excellence, trust and modern living. “Through its strategic partnerships, we are ensuring that every aspect of this project from design and engineering to financing, insurance and delivery meets the highest standards”.

“With Prime Accra, Kasa Properties Ltd is setting a new benchmark for high rise living in Ghana, delivering a premium lifestyle experience in the heart of Airport residential area Accra Ghana”, she added.
The strategic partners for this event include Deloitte Ghana, Republic Bank, Pergola Creation Ltd, RM Engineering Ltd, Kemep Ltd, GMC Ltd, Foxcooling Ltd and Loncha Ltd. Each partner brings a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, forming a powerful network of expertise that supports every stage of the development.
