Veteran forward John Antwi was on the scoresheet for Dreams FC in their win over Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
Dreams recorded a 3-0 win at the Tuba Astro Turf to get their second round of the season underway with victory.
Lions dominated play for the opening 30 minutes of the game, but couldn't trouble the Dreams FC goalkeeper as they kept their cool.
Just when the game seemed to be heading for a stalemate at halftime, Antwi turned up to rebound the ball from a corner into the net to give the home side the lead.
After the recess, Dreams scored again from a set piece, which was tucked home by Collins Boah to double the Believers' lead.
A heavy downpour led to the referee halting the game as both teams headed to the dressing room.
They were back on the pitch after some minutes after the rain had stopped.
Dreams were in control of the game and added a third with Antwi setting up Adams Awuni, who went on a brilliant solo run before firing the ball past Lawrence Osei in goal for Lions.
The result means Lions have now lost five of their last six games in the league, while Dreams FC have won their last three home games in the league.
Dreams currently sit ninth of the league table with 23 points from 18 games, while Lions drop to eighth.
