The Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) has ended the second Real Estate Education Series dubbed GREES II at the Accra Digital Center.
The five-day training event which started on September 17 and ended on the 24th, hosted three main courses including real estate staging and photography, real estate finance & valuation as well as negotiation.
Participants who were made up of industry practitioners, students and lecturers from the University of Development Studies (UDS) received in-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, how to sharpen their negotiating skills and also how to analyze property and values for investment decisions. Participants also learnt professional ways preparing properties for photo shoots and how great photos help sell properties faster.
The team of renowned instructors and consultants from the US and Ghana brought to the classroom their knowledge, expertise and resources to move their businesses to the next level.
The instructors/Consultants were William Endsley, an international marketing strategist from the United States, Michael Cadman, a civil engineer also from the United States and David K Sakyi, a motivational speaker, radio and TV host and Photographer from Ghana.

GREPA was set up in 2011 to bring Professionals in the real estate industry in Ghana together for purposes of promoting the goals of its members, professional standards and ethics within the industry and provide an opportunity for local and international networking.
The Real Estate Association has aligned itself with international organisations including the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) headquartered in Chicago, The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), headquartered in Paris and the International Ethics Standards Coalition (IESC)

Registration for the next Photography and Photography class has begun and scheduled to take place at the Accra Digital Center from November 26 through to 28.
