A group calling itself Concerned Citizens of Wulensi is readying itself to join the suit to challenge the position of the political parties which are seeking to bar the Electoral Commission from holding the upcoming by-election at Wulensi.
According to the political parties who filed a suit against the EC,the intended use of the old voter register in the upcoming by-election is illegal, therefore the EC must take steps to ensure the new biometric voters' register is rather used.
But the spokesperson for the Concerned Citizens of Wulensi Wombe Abukari tells Joynews the action by the parties if allowed will deprive them of a representative in parliament.
