The Ghana Stock Exchange has granted three companies extension to submit their 2021 and second quarter Financial Statements.
They are Mega African Capital Ltd (MAC), Bond Savings and Loans Plc and MTN Ghana
Mega African Capital Ltd and Bond Savings and Loans Plc have been granted further extension to submit their 2021 Audited Financial Statements on July 31, 2022.
Again the two companies are also to submit their quarter one and two Financial Statements by August 5, 2022.
For MTN Ghana, it has been granted extension to submit second quarter Financial Statements on August 1, 2022.
While Mega African Capital has witnessed a change in its share price so far this year, MTN Ghana has witnessed a year-to-date loss of 18% with the share price going for 91 pesewas.
