The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has announced its intention to cooperate in expediting the process of listing RLG Communications and the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB).The two companies recently put listing procedures on hold, in the ADB’s case because of concurrent internal restructuring.GSE Managing Director Kofi Yamoah said that in some cases, it falls within the purview of the GSE to help companies list more quickly.He added that the GSE is establishing the Ghana Alternate Market to encourage presently unlisted small and medium enterprises to list.
