The Leadership of Ghana Trades Union Congress (GTUC) on Friday congratulated the National Team, Black Stars on their qualification to the finals of the on-going CAN 2010 tournament in Angola.
In a statement issued in Accra and signed by Dr Yaw Baah, Acting Secretary General said "We believe that it is the tactical discipline combined with the "Can Do" spirit demonstrated by the players and their technical handlers that has brought them this far in their efforts to achieve the ultimate prize at stake in the tournament".
"Indeed the Black Stars have amply demonstrated to the world that with the right attitude we can achieve our goal".
The GTUC urged the players to approach the game on Sunday, January 31, against the Pharaohs of Egypt with the same attitude so that Ghana could with the cup.
