The High Court in Accra has disqualified the Member of Parliament for Bawku Central, Adamu Dramani, from holding the seat.
Mr Dramani was dragged to court by a herdsman from the constituency who accused him of holding dual citizenship.
The MP has however told Joy News his lawyers have already initiated an appeal process against the verdict.
