Host of Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Andy Dosty has been selected by the International Youth Empowerment Foundation as an ambassador for its annual youth summit.
The morning show host was unveiled by the foundation led by Pastor Brian Amoateng during the 2019 International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYES) at the National Theatre.
Andy Dosty joins Jackie Appiah, Ama K. Abrebrese, Chioma Akpotha, SP Kofi Sarpong, Funny Face, Gloria Sarfo, DJ Switch, Kwadwo Nkansah and a host of others, as representatives of iYES.
He was glad to have been chosen as one of the faces for the highly patronised youth empowerment summit.
“Ladies and gentlemen, let's acknowledge Pastor Brian. This is my first time coming in here and I was asking myself if I would meet a lot of people. To my dismay, when I walked in I couldn’t find a seat, I stood there for almost 10 minutes and I was just watching until an usher brought me up here…’’, a surprised Andy Dosty said when he mounted the stage to accept his appointment.
The renowned presenter, DJ, and artiste, is expected to bring on board his decades of experience working in the media, to inspire the youth.
iYES, a non-profit organisation, has been created to encourage the youth, aspiring entrepreneurs and top-class personalities in Ghana to network and share ideas in an environment aimed at shaping their intellectual, spiritual and emotional growth.
It also brings together, the youth of Ghana from all walks of life and motivates them to achieve their dreams while developing leadership skills through seminars, practical opportunities and revival summits.
