Hollard Insurance Ghana has officially opened a new office at Achimota Mall, Shop Number 68, as part of efforts to expand its footprint and bring insurance services closer to customers.
The new branch strengthens the company’s presence in one of Accra’s key commercial hubs and underscores its commitment to improving access to insurance solutions for individuals and businesses.
According to Hollard, the Achimota Mall office will deliver the same customer-focused service the company is known for, with an emphasis on personalised support, expert advice, and simplified insurance processes tailored to everyday needs.
Speaking at the opening, Managing Director of Hollard Insurance Ghana, Daniel Boi Addo, said the expansion reflects the company’s drive to meet customers where they are.

“Opening our office at Achimota Mall is another important step in our journey. This location allows us to meet customers where they are, offering the same great service built on trust and innovation. From motor and home insurance to travel, business, personal accident, and other commercial solutions, our goal remains the same: to help people protect what matters most,” he said.
Branch Manager for Achimota Mall, Dennis Kpodo, also expressed excitement about serving the surrounding communities.
“We are delighted to welcome the surrounding communities and to serve them with care and dignity. Our team is committed to making every interaction friendly and valuable,” he noted.
The new office is expected to improve convenience for customers in Achimota and its environs, providing easier access to a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products.
Hollard Insurance Ghana said the Achimota Mall branch forms part of its broader strategy to enhance customer convenience, deepen relationships, and deliver innovative insurance solutions that respond to the evolving needs of Ghanaians.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to putting people first while helping individuals and businesses create and secure a better future through reliable and accessible insurance services.
