More than one thousand people have been killed through road accidents over the first half of 2012.There is concern the Road Safety Commission and other regulators connected with road safety are not doing enough to deal with the problem.The commission says there is little they can do because they cannot enforce road safety laws.Kwaku Owusu Peprah explores the carnage on Ghana’s roads and how the Road Safety Commission can be empowered to deal with it.Here is the documentary A Road Safety Authority: The People’s Demand.
