Major distributors of mobile phones and phone accessories, I2, in partnership with Huawei Technologies Ghana, global giant in ICT solutions have opened an ultra-modern Huawei experience shop at East Legon.
The plush facility, easily located in the capital, offers premium devices and services to mobile phone consumers.
Customers are greeted warmly by the staff and high-tech wide screened light-boxes at both ends of the shop which advertise the flagship products of Huawei. The quality lighting system of the center complements its elegant and inviting environment.
Consumers can now purchase and experience brand new Huawei devices and accessories. On display are quality Huawei flagship devices like the Huawei P8, G8, Ascend Mate 7, and Mediapad tablets. Inclusive in the Huawei package for phone buyers is a 12-month warranty on all devices purchased. Apart from offering a wide array in smart devices, the centre also receives faulty Huawei devices as part of their after sales care.
Country Manager for Device Business at Huawei Technologies Ghana, Robin Sun said, “Huawei is a broad-minded and consumer-centered organization which recognizes the need to spread its services to existing and prospective customers”. “The experience shop will offer consumer-friendly services to the people of East-Legon and its environs,” Robin said.
Currently, the centre is running a promotion open to all buyers of any of their devices. Some of the promotional items include Huawei branded flasks, T shirts, memory cards and many other exciting souvenirs. A buyer of a Huawei P8 could get for himself/herself a Bluetooth speaker while buying a Tab T1 7.0 could earn one a free tablet cover.
A customer, Kwesi Amoah said; “This is an impressive facility, and of course I like the service here. I have looked at the devices and I think I like the G8 and the P8 Lite, I will buy one for my wife on her birthday especially because of the makeup feature within the camera.”
