Patrons of the upcoming M&C Properties, Multi TV Habitat Fair, should expect massive discounts as well as free giveaways at the grand fair.
According to the Project Coordinator Stephen Essoun some of the companies exhibiting at the fair, have about 15% discounts on some of their housing, properties and many other goods they are selling.
He added that some patrons interested in acquiring properties outside the country also have the opportunity to purchase properties in Dubai.
Ghana's housing deficit is pegged around 1.7 million with a total of $34 billion needed to bridge the gap.
The stakeholders in the housing industry are however finding innovative ways of bridging the gap at a lower cost especially to prospective home owners.
One of those innovative ways is the M&C Properties, Multi TV Habitat Fair.
The Fair which is in its eighth edition comes off from Friday, August 11, 2017 to Sunday August 13, 2017 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The three day fair which is under the auspices of Multimedia Group Limited (MGL) in partnership with M&C Properties is aimed at providing solutions to challenges facing prospective home owners in the housing sector.
The challenges include home finance, purchasing a property, building and getting it right from start to finish.
The event was preceded by two mini fairs at the Achimota Retail Centre and West Hills Mall.
The first mini-fair was on the 24th and 25th of June at Achimota Mall while the second came off on the 29th and 30th of July at West Hills Mall-Weija.
Another mini fair will be held in the Ashanti Regional capital Kumasi, in October.
Some housing companies exhibiting at the fair include M&C Properties, Sethi Realty, Kaspong Limited, Fortune City, JL Properties, Ghana Home Loans, Elegant Homes, 3D properties and many others.
