Hearts of Oak midfielder Hussein Mohammed has been suspended for three games by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The midfielder was charged with misconduct following a Ghana Premier League match against Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
In the said event, Hussein Mohammed attempted to slap a match official in a confusion that ensued after game.
He will now sit out of Hearts of Oak's next three matches against league leaders Aduana F.C., former champions Medeama S.C., and F.C. Samartex 1996.
Hussein Mohammed has scored one goal this season - the winner against Dreams F.C. on match day two.
Hearts are currently third on the league table with 24 points from 14 matches.
