Four people have been identified as alleged criminals after an identification parade of suspected criminals in Accra.The parade follows a swoop by the Accra Regional police command over the week.In all 23 suspects were paraded for members of the public who have suffered violent crime or robbery to identify them.The four suspects were identified by the public as having taken part in robberies in and around Pokuase, the OJK Filling Station at James Town and other areas.They were Hamza Shaibu, Emmanuel Odartey, Mujib Adaba and Gideon Afetor.In a statement, the Regional Police Command expressed its gratitude to the members of the public who had volunteered information on the activities of the suspected criminals to the police, leading to their arrest.It called on the members of the public to continue to provide such useful information on the activities of criminals in the system to the police for necessary action.Source: GNA
