The Prisons Administration has described as untrue a recruitment advertisement published on a suspicious website.
A release signed by Public Relations Officer, Superintendent Courage Atsem, indicated that the publication aims to defraud unsuspecting individuals because “…the Ghana Prisons Service has not advertised for recruitment in 2020.”
“The Service, by this release, wishes to inform the general public that, it is currently not organising any recruitment exercise…” the statement noted.
The release further reminded the public that recruitments by the Service are advertised in the print media and on the official website of the Service ie. www.ghanaprisons.gov.gh
