Ecobank Ghana PLC has advised the general public, particularly its customers, "to kindly ignore any unofficial information making the rounds over fees and charges on Foreign Currency Accounts."
In a press statement on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the bank said, "Changes to fees and charges for products and services are communicated officially and contained in our Tariffs Guide displayed on the bank’s website."
Ecobank added, "Customers should be rest assured that being a Pan African bank, Ecobank remains very sensitive to their concerns.
"We take this opportunity to thank all customers for remaining loyal to the bank", it added
