As the dust settles in Uganda, not that much would appear to have changed.
After 35 years in office, Yoweri Museveni remains in power with a mandate to serve his sixth term as president.
But, as his critics point out, it’s hard to ignore his age: he’s now 76. So many are right to wonder: could this be Museveni’s last dance?
