The Chairman of Parliament’s Privileges Committee, Joseph Osei Wusu, has reiterated that it is a constitutional imperative for the seat of the Dome Kwabenya MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo, to be declared vacant once she failed to appear before the Committee.
