Member of Parliament for Yapei Kusawgu, John Abdulai Jinapor, has donated ¢50,000 to Yapei United Football Club to boost the team’s activities and promote sports development in the constituency.
Speaking during the presentation, Mr Jinapor said the gesture reflects his commitment to empowering the youth and using sports as a platform for growth and unity.
“Sports have the power to unite our people and inspire our young ones to aim higher. I believe Yapei United can go far with the right support and discipline,” he said.
Officials of Yapei United and community members expressed their deep appreciation to the MP for his continuous support and dedication to youth and community development.
The donation adds to several initiatives by Mr Jinapor aimed at improving education, sports, and livelihoods across the Yapei Kusawgu Constituency.
