Two years since their promotion into Ghana's top division, Jonina Ladies are on a good trajectory.
While they are still in pursuit of the league title, the Antie Aku-based side could also end the 2024/25 season with silverware.
Over the weekend, Jonina picked up a slot to play in the final of this season's Women's FA up after easing their way past lower-tier side Somanya Rootz Sistaz.
Jonina beat clubs like Epiphany Warriors, GRA Ladies, Sissamba Ladies and Sung Shining Ladies en route to make the semifinals where they eventually found a way past Rootz Sistaz.
Having started from the Round of 64 stage, Jonina sealed a narrow win against Premier League rivals Epiphany with a 1-0 score at the Antie Aku Astro Turf.
GRA Ladies were next in line for them in the Last 32. Jonina snatched a 3-1 win on the road making it four goals in two games in the domestic cup competition.

Jonina, on the road again, made light work of Division One League side Sissamba Ladies, claiming a 0-2 win in the last 16.
The club's biggest win came in the quarterfinal stage when they faced Northern Zone side Sung Shining Ladies in Wa. That game saw them put five goals past their opponents to advance into the last four of the competition.
In the semifinals on Sunday, March 16, braces from Matilda Fodu and Joyce Atimbila did the magic for Jonina as they won 4-1.
They are favourites heading into the final with Faith Ladies upsetting Hasaacas Ladies to also reach the final.
The final game promises to be a historic one for Jonina who has not laid back since their promotion and continues to work their socks off.
