Josh Travels Limited, one of the top-rated travel agencies in the country, has celebrated its 10th Anniversary with a promise to do more for its clients.
It began operations at Dome Pillar 2 in Accra before moving to its main head office in Asylum down as it continues to experience an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
Speaking at the Cocktail Anniversary Event, Frank Annin Bonsu, CEO of the company thanked all past and present board members, management, and staff for their effort in helping the company attain its current feat.
“As we celebrate the 10th Anniversary, I would like to say a big Ayekoo and congratulations to our trade partners, corporate partners, and everyone that contributed to our successes and achievements.”
The climax of the year-long celebration saw in attendance, dignitaries from corporate Ghana, Airline partners, and individuals from across the country.
Mr Annin Bonsu highlighted on the vision and the mission for Josh Travels beyond a decade.
“We feel more responsible to focus on customer satisfaction. We remain committed to providing unparallel services to our customers.
"To achieve this, our mission remains, to provide the most convenient and economical travel services to Ghanaians and the rest of the world. We are more focused than ever to lead in the travel Industry”.
Travels’ clients include government Ministries, Departments and Agencies Parastatals, private companies, and individuals, and make an average of 3000 tickets annually.
Mr Frank Annin Bonsu said Josh Travels would leverage the digitisation era "to embark on better, faster, smarter, efficient and convenient ways of making our services available to cherished customers both old and new."
There were awards for the best-performing corporate client, was given to the KGL Group Ghana, who took home a business class ticket to Dubai.
The award for long-standing client went to Abusuapanyin Siisi Crenstil, who got a business-class ticket to London.
The best performing staff went to the sales manager, Samuel Darko, who was awarded a chest freezer, while the best performing sub Agent, Jex Travel and Tours Limited, had a tabletop fridge.
The chairman for the occasion was Edward Forkuo Kyei, Group Chief Executive officer, of Glico Group Ltd.
