A journalist has been arrested by police in Tesano for allegedly taking photos of a police officer who was taking a bribe.
Fred Sarpong who works for the Daily Express newspaper is alleged to have taken pictures of the police officer when he demanded GHS5 from a bus driver.
He is currently behind bars.
Narrating the incident to Joy News, a colleague Raphael Apetorgbor, who was at the scene said they witnessed the police officer glaringly demanding the money.
He explained they decided to take pictures of the officer in their bid to get him on record.
This infuriated the police officer who walked to Mr Sarpong and assaulted him and later whisked him off to the Tesano Police Station.
