Joy Entertainment has, in the last few years, been on a mission to find the key to growing the showbiz industry.
It has announced ‘Showbiz Roundtable’, a forum that will take a deeper look into various aspects of Ghana’s showbiz and tourism industry for national progress.
Showbiz Roundtable is scheduled to take place on October 29, at the plush Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra. The theme for the forum is ‘Music Business and Tourism’, and will feature insights from some of the industry’s most knowledgeable resource persons.
Last year, Ghana’s most authoritative entertainment talk program, Showbiz A to Z, championed the famous MUSIGA Debate, which offered a platform for aspiring MUSIGA presidents to share with stakeholders, a blueprint that will see an elevation of the Union to a more dignified status, much to the benefit of musicians and others in the value chain.

This year, its focus, with ‘Music Business and Tourism’, is directed at dissecting the numerous facets of contracts, artistes PR, revenue, royalties, global hits, tourism, culture, GDP, and many more. Powered by Joy Entertainment, and hosted by seasoned broadcaster, George Quaye, the forum also promises to discuss other pertinent progressive issues within the entertainment industry.
Per the success of Joy Entertainment’s countless initiatives in the showbiz arena, ‘Music Business and Tourism’ is touted to make a positive impact.
More details to follow soon.
