Indigenous liquor production giant, Kasapreko Company Limited, has been awarded for promoting festivals in Ghana. The company was adjudged the award at this year's National Tourism Awards held at the State Banquet Hall in Accra.
A citation, which followed the award acknowledged the company’s corporate support in promoting the Ghanaian culture with its flagship liquor, Alomo Bitters.
With a vision to produce quality drinks for all; both local and international, Kasapreko company, has since its inception focused on developing products derived from Africa’s rich heritage of herbs by using modern research and development methods to transform traditional recipes into desirable consumer brands.
Receiving the award, the Marketing manager of the company, Clarence Amenyah, reiterated the company’s resolve to support traditional festivals in the country.
He said the latest feat will propel it to do more in promoting the unique cultures of Ghana.
Clarence Amenyah said “the Kasapreko Dry Gin, popular for its distinctive fine taste has since its inception been the preferred drink for the performance of cultural and traditional ceremonies and as a good corporate citizen, Kasapreko will continue its support of the traditional councils to promote traditional festivals as a way of giving back to society”.
