HKN boss, Davido missed the presidential elections in Nigeria on Saturday because he was billed to headline the 5th AfroBeatz Festival in Kenya, but he didn’t quite kill the show as expected.
Moments after the show ended, hundreds of disappointed Kenyan fans took to Twitter to express great displeasure with the lackluster performance by Davido, his ‘bad voice’ and his crew.
Some claimed he was too drunk, others claimed his voice was bad and others said he was too rude.
In recent times, Kenyans have hit out at their indigenous show promoters for bringing too many Nigerian acts to the country instead of supporting their homegrown acts.
Starboy boss, Wizkid was allegedly arrested in Kenya for smoking weed in October 2014, while Kenya rapper, Jaguar accused Iyanya of exploiting him in January 2015.
