Ghanaian forward Kevin Prince Boateng is set to sign for Fiorentina from Sassulo for a fee of about €1 Million according to reports in Italy.
According to Sky Sport Italia via Football Italia, the Ghanaian International will sign a two-year deal where he will link up with “La Viola” Vincenzo Montella team, pending a medical.
Despite Interest from former club Eintracht Frankfurt, the 32-year-old seems to have spurned their advances with several reports citing his family prefers to stay in Italy.
Boateng just returned to Sassuolo after his six-month loan spell with Barcelona where he flopped.
His move to Barcelona was a reward for his impressive first half of the season as he scored five goals in 15 appearances for Sassuolo.
Kevin joined Sassuolo as a free agent from Frankfurt in the summer of 2018.
