A human rights court will later Tuesday January 13, 2015 hear a bail application brought by lawyers for ace broadcast personality Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD).
The case was last week adjourned after the prosecution argued it received the bail application from KKD’s lawyers very late and therefore needed time to study it.
It will be KKD's second attempt at securing bail after he was picked up on December 28, 2014.
The ace broadcaster is facing a charge of rape brought against him by 19-year-old Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson.
KKD maintains he had consensual sex with the lady.
