Buem Member of Parliament (MP), Kofi Adams has extended his congratulations to Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang on her nomination and acceptance as the running mate to John Mahama.
Mr Adams praised her commitment and integrity, deeming her an outstanding choice for the running mate position as the National Democratic Congress (NDC) aims to reclaim power.
A former National Organiser pf the NDC, Adams asserted that Prof. Naana Jane enjoys widespread support and affection, ensuring her success in the role.
In a press release issued on Friday, March 8th, Mr. Adams expressed his readiness to support Prof. Naana Jane in any capacity to ensure the NDC's victory in the upcoming elections.
The flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramanu Mahama has officially declared Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang his running mate for the upcoming 2024 general elections.
Previously serving as Mr. Mahama's running mate during the 2020 general elections, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang's candidacy was officially endorsed by the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party during a meeting held on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
In the upcoming 2024 general elections, the National Executive Committee has formally approved Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as the running mate for the party’s flagbearer.
